Advanced Education
Here at Element Salon, we believe in always growing and striving to be the best at our craft. That’s why, you will always have continued education with us. We provide one class a month along with partnering with the top Loreal Professional educators to teach our team.
Professional Partnerships
We have the amazing opportunity to work with the leading brands in our industry. Our salon is the top 100 nationwide Loreal Professional salon. That means that out of Loreal’s nearly 25,000 accounts, we are in the top 100. We are also in the top 100 accounts for our retail lines Kerastase, Shu Uemura, and Surface.
Work Life Balance
We have designed our stylists shifts to help ensure they’re able to enjoy a long career. That’s why all our stylists work 6 hour shifts to instill a healthy work life balance!
