Kanden is nothing short of a day maker.

Her vibrant personality will set you at ease as she rocks your hair. Originally from Birmingham AL, Kanden chose to make Nashville her home where she soon began to play music and show her writing chops around town. She’s a people-person and her love of serving others began to pull at her heart, and so she explored the beauty industry after a short foray into craft-cocktail bartending. Once a pre-med biology major, she began to search for a career that married science and creativity and she finally found it in hairdressing. After graduating beauty school at the top of her class she was accepted into Element Salon’s associate program where she honed her skills surrounded by some of the most talented stylists around. After completing her program she was promoted to the cutting floor and started to grow her clientele. Today she offers her guests a wealth of technical knowledge around every product and tool she uses combined wit h a compassionate, joyful personality. Her focus lies in delivering the best color without compromising the health of the hair. You will leave Kanden’s chair feeling renewed, refreshed, and beautiful inside and out!
