Kayla is a fashion and style connoisseur. She uses her artistic eye for trends and styles to inform her craft creating timeless looks for her guests. Kayla is a blonde specialist and has mastered a variety of techniques and tools to allow her to achieve the perfect blonde for each guest. She has a deep understanding of design and is able to envision a cut that compliments the guest’s color, face shape and lifestyle to deliver beautiful results every time. After graduating Element Salon’s Associate Program Kayla was invited to work alongside some of the top designers at New York Fashion Week. When Kayla is not behind the chair you can find her roller-skating in the park, or cuddling her two cats at home.
