Lexx is a texture specialist and excels at creative color.

Lexx is a 3rd generation hairstylist who was raised in her grandmother’s salon. Growing up in and around Nashville, she has always been deeply creative. After a brief stint in the fashion design program at O’More Design in Franklin, she graduated from Paul Mitchell, spent 3 years learning from some of Aveda’s best, and eventually went into organic and all natural hair care where she managed and owned multiple salons. With deep ties to the area, Lexx has enthusiastically joined the Element team at their Green Hills location with the goal of making all of her guests feel amazing and confident by the time they leave her chair. She is a texture specialist and excels at creative color. Drawing from inspiration from both nature and the fashion world, Lexx loves creating seasonal looks that evolve and keep her guests fresh and fashion forward by complimenting her guests face shapes, skin tones and lifestyles, while also keeping the hair healthy. When not behind the chair, she can be found on hiking trails, tending to her plants, or creating her next work of art.
